Alamo Rent A Car Launches Partnership with Japan Airlines

Sept. 2, 2011 (St. Louis) Alamo Rent A Car has launched a new partnership program with Japan Airlines (JAL) which allows members of JAL’s frequent flyer program, JAL Mileage Bank, to earn hundreds of miles when renting from any participating Alamo location in the United States and Canada. 

“This is a tremendous confirmation of the strength and position of the Alamo brand in the Japanese market,” said Jerry Mosiello, vice president of International Business Development for Enterprise Holdings, which owns and operates Alamo as well as the Enterprise Rent-A-Car and National Car Rental brands.  “We are confident that JAL Mileage Bank members will be pleased with our tailored services geared to Japanese customers, and in the additional benefit of earning miles.”

JAL Mileage Bank members renting vehicles from Alamo at any of the participating locations in the United States and Canada will earn 300 miles per rental.  As a special introductory bonus offer to celebrate the partnership, an additional 300 miles per rental can be earned by JAL Mileage Bank members until October 30, 2011, doubling the amount of miles available per rental to 600.  In addition, discounted insurance inclusive rates will be offered.  To qualify for the bonus offer and discounted insurance inclusive rates, members must make an advance reservation using the Alamo ID code number of JALBONUS and present their membership card at the time of rental.
