As part of our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, we recognize the role we must play in combatting racism, discrimination and injustice in the communities we serve. Our leadership team and our employees are creating an actionable plan to introduce real and lasting change both inside and outside of our company:


  • In 2020, the Enterprise Holdings Foundation allocated nearly one million dollars for our colleagues to distribute to non-profits supporting social and racial equity efforts to help create positive change in the communities where we live and work.
  • Our global program – My purpose. My time. – provides employees with paid time off so that they can personally volunteer and serve local community causes that are most important to them.
  • We’re expanding our diversity, equity and inclusion training curriculum to create more focus on topics impacting our colleagues, while also providing more tangible solutions and training on how best to address critical conversations, inclusive leadership and unconscious bias.

These initiatives are a very early start to the development of specific actions that follow our commitments. As a company, we know we can do more, and we will. It’s how we can begin to bring positive, real and lasting change – both outside and inside our own organization.
