In his role as executive vice president and chief strategy officer, Randal Narike oversees the organization’s marketing, communications, customer excellence and data strategy teams. He also has responsibility for global strategy and strategic business development efforts.
Narike began his career with Enterprise in 1985 and rose through the ranks, gaining invaluable experience that led him to assume additional responsibilities as an area manager in 1988. Three years later, he was promoted to city manager in Cincinnati.
In 1994, Narike moved to Enterprise’s headquarters in St. Louis as a corporate rental manager for North American operations. Soon after, he was promoted to assistant vice president of rental before assuming a role as general manager of Ohio’s Southwest operations in 1995. He returned to St. Louis in 2002, when he accepted subsequent positions to oversee South-Central U.S. operations as corporate vice president and then, two years later, senior vice president.
By 2009, Narike was overseeing eight operating subsidiaries across Canada. In 2016, he was tasked with leading the organization’s West Coast operations and, later that year, was also placed in charge of Truck Rental. A year later, he began overseeing Enterprise Rideshare (now Commute).
In 2018, Narike was tasked with developing long-term strategic planning and identifying opportunities for multiple Enterprise business lines as senior vice president of operations. Narike was promoted to executive vice president of global mobility and customer experience in 2019 before assuming his current post in 2022.
Narike has been active in the St. Louis community, where he served as a member of the original Enterprise Diversity Focus Group and supported the United Way and Girl Scout Council of Greater St. Louis. Narike spent many years as an International Institute of St. Louis board member and now serves on the Crawford Group board of directors.
Narike earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from California State University at Long Beach.
