Supply Chain Management
For nearly 60 years, Enterprise Holdings has worked to deliver a best-in-class car rental experience that builds the trust and confidence of our customers. As we have grown, our local and global suppliers have been critical partners in helping to achieve our vision of excellent customer service.
Enterprise Holdings selects suppliers and partners who share our values and our commitment to uphold the highest standards of quality, integrity, excellence, safety, legal compliance, and respect for human rights, as well as to respect the customs and culture of the communities we serve.
Our global Supplier Code of Conduct promotes a common understanding of what we expect of our suppliers. All of our suppliers should understand the Code and adhere to its spirit and intent. A detailed version of this Code is available here.
As part of our commitment to local communities, we seek to have our supplier base bear a reasonable relationship to the communities in which we do business by identifying and encouraging equal opportunities for minority-owned, women-owned and other types of socially or economically disadvantaged small businesses.
The Enterprise Holdings Supplier Diversity Program is intended to help facilitate an increase in the number of minority-owned, women-owned, and other socially or economically disadvantaged small businesses that work to provide goods and services for our company. It does so by providing assistance and a host of tools to help those with buying responsibility to identify, select, and do business with suppliers who can meet our requirements with regard to quality, timing, capacity and pricing.
The Enterprise Holdings Supplier Diversity Program is available to those who are Minority-Owned; Minority Business Enterprise (MBE certified); Woman-Owned; Women Business Enterprise (WBE certified); Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB); Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB); Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE certified); Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB certified); ACDBE certified; 8(a) certified; LGBT enterprises; and HUBZone certified.
