To begin the application, you will need the organization’s 9-digit Federal ID number. In addition to completing the application you will need to upload two documents:  (1) Customer Confirmation Letter from the Enterprise Holdings entity of which you are a customer.  This letter may be obtained from your Enterprise Holdings contact person.  The form is located on the Foundation's intranet site under Enterprise Holdings Foundation and serves to verify the relationship, and (2) A current contact list of key staff and board members.

Proposal Deadlines

The Enterprise Holdings Foundation Board meets three times each year to consider requests. Board meetings take place in Winter (Jan. or Feb.), during the Spring Officers Meeting (April or May), and at the Fall Officer Meeting (Oct.).

Requests must be submitted to the Foundation by midnight CST of the deadline date. Deadlines are strictly enforced. Within three to four weeks after the meeting, requestors are notified in writing about whether or not their request has been granted.
