Market Metrix Announces Second Quarter 2010 Hospitality Index Results

Enterprise Rent-A-Car ranks number one; National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car rank number two and three respectively; National again wins strongest loyalty program in class

SAN RAFAEL, CA--( August 25, 2010)– Market Metrix, LLC, the leading provider of customer and employee feedback and performance tools for the hospitality industry, today announced results of the Market Metrix Hospitality Index (MMHI) for the second quarter of 2010.  Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Loews Hotels, and JetBlue Airlines ranked number one in rental car industry, hotel and airline customer satisfaction, respectively.

Along with Alamo Rent A Car and National Car Rental, Enterprise Rent-A-Car is owned and operated by St. Louis-based Enterprise Holdings. Since the Market Metrix was instituted in 2002, the Enterprise Rent-A-Car brand has been recognized as the leader in customer satisfaction in the car rental industry 28 out of 30 times. National Car Rental ranked number two and received top ratings for its Emerald Club loyalty program for the second quarter in a row. Alamo Rent A Car rounded out the top three slots, and all three of the company’s car rental brands received customer satisfaction ratings above the industry average of 79.4.
