William W. Snyder

Bill Snyder is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Enterprise Holdings, the most comprehensive service provider and only investment-grade company in the U.S. car rental industry. Enterprise Holdings operates Alamo Rent A Car and National Car Rental as well as its flagship Enterprise Rent-A-Car brand. In his position, Snyder is a corporate officer and has overall responsibility for internal and external reporting, information technology, tax, treasury, retirement plan administration and forecasting.

Snyder began his career with Enterprise in 1984 as a Corporate Controller responsible for the corporate accounting function and the development of controllers for the company’s subsidiaries. In 1989, he was promoted to Assistant Vice President and later to Vice President. In 1994, Snyder was named Vice President of Fleet Administration in Enterprise’s Fleet Services division (now Enterprise Fleet Management). During his time with Fleet Services, Snyder was instrumental in developing the division’s current business plan, which focuses on providing fleet management services to companies with small- to mid-sized fleets.
